**Terms and Conditions for Zion View Campiong**
**Effective Date:** 4-17-2024**
1. Introduction**Welcome to Zion View Campground. These Terms and Conditions govern your stay and use of our campground and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By booking a stay, entering, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
**2. Booking and Cancellation**- A booking at our campground can be made online, by phone, or in person.- To secure a reservation, a non-refundable damage deposit of $30 is required. This deposit covers potential damages caused by the guest during their stay and is retained regardless of cancellation.- Cancellations must be made 2 days before the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund. The damage deposit is refundable unless damage has been found at said guest’s reserved site.
**3. Payment**Full payment for the entire duration of the stay must be made at the time of check-in. Acceptable forms of payment include Credit and Debit cards, Zelle transfers, Cash, Check, Venmo, Cashapp, PayPal.
**4. Use of Facilities**- Guests must comply with all posted rules and regulations.- The campground reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 5 am MST. Please be considerate of other guests.
**5. Safety and Conduct**- Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others in their party.- The campground is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or death occurring as a result of any recreational activities or the natural environment at the campground.- Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the site and dispose of all trash in designated receptacles.
**6. Liability for Damage**Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property or facilities of the campground. The non-refundable damage deposit serves as partial compensation for such damages, but additional charges may apply if the damage exceeds the deposit amount.
**7. Lost or Stolen Items**Zion View Campground is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. It is the responsibility of guests to secure their belongings.
**8. Pets**Pets are allowed for an additional $20 per site. Guest must clean up all animal remains. Failure to do so will result in the damage deposit being withheld.
**9. Prohibited Activities**The following activities are not permitted:Consumption of any drug or narcotic found to be illegal under Utah State Law.
**10. Right to Evict**The campground reserves the right to evict any guest without a refund for violating any of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Campground also reserves the right to evict any guest without a refund for disturbing the peace of another camper.
**11. Changes to Terms and Conditions**We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
**12. Governing Law**These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the campground is located.
